Fruit and Yogurt Parfait


2 cups fresh, frozen or canned sliced peaches, pears, mangos or apricots
2 cups low-fat or nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 ½ cups fresh, frozen or canned berries
½ cup low-fat granola cereal

1. Chop 1 ½ cups of the peaches (or alternate fruit). Set aside the other ½ cup of the fruit for the topping.
2. Prepare the parfait in 4 tall glasses. Layer into each glass: ¼ cup yogurt, 1/3 cup chopped peaches (or alternate fruit), another ¼ cup yogurt, then ¼ cup berries.
3. Sprinkle each parfait with 2 Tbsp. of cereal. Top with remaining fruit.
